Give Someone Immortality
You have the ability to bring any dead person back to life and then grant them immortality. Who do you choose?
Caveat:
Immortality is defined as eternal life until the end of humanity-- when all of humanity dies, your dude dies too.
For a real dead person, I'd have to go with Locke. He played with all the right concepts of how humanity works, and he's the one political thinker I'd trust with centuries of observing humans. Plus, I think he'd change his mind a good deal, and would be okay finding himself wrong.

I'm gonna have to go with Michelangelo, because the world can always use great art, but Mark Twain and Shakespeare tie for second.
