I'm gonna have to go with Michelangelo, because the world can always use great art, but Mark Twain and Shakespeare tie for second.
For a real dead person, I'd have to go with Locke. He played with all the right concepts of how humanity works, and he's the one political thinker I'd trust with centuries of observing humans. Plus, I think he'd change his mind a good deal, and would be okay finding himself wrong.
